→ Hawker is a primary channel of condensed milk product and hawker decoration can raise brand recognition and increase usage of F&N product. We monitor Hawker project closely and effectively to keep number 1 brand in hawker’s segment.
→ Manage and control overall Hawker Project.
→ Develop Annual Master Plan to align with Trade marketing strategy.
→ Plan and execute Hawker installation in a timely manner to drive sales target.
→ Develop and improve database regarding the sale’s & marketing’s requirement / assignment.
→ Monitor and control process plus quality of hawker installation to secure strong brand visibility in the assigned areas / geography.
→ Track competitors’ data and generate report with key analysis.
→ Be responsible from end to end for all materials sourcing, art work, props, etc.

Desired Skills and Experience
‒ Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication art, or related fields.
‒ 4 - 5 years of working experiences in related field
‒ Strong analytical skills and ability to determine action plans based on data.
‒ Able to work multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and tight time line.

Executive, Account Payable

Roles & Responsibilities:

→ Create competency model, researching from both

→ Conduct & proceed all Accounts Payable transactions.

→ Communicate payment policy to internal & external suppliers.

→ Verify & ensure all payments are accurate and manageable in a timely manner with Company payments policy.

→ Prepare tax reports (input VAT, WT) that align with Thai tax regulation.

→ Prepare & support payment information for Treasury Management

→ Verify all invoices in compliance with Thai tax law, group policy, local procedure and process invoices in SAP system.

→ Verify & proceed all export-import invoices including shipping, duty and insurance invoices.

→ Prepare input VAT reconciliation & relevant report for tax filing.

→ Be responsible for WT report to comply with Thai tax regulation. 

→ Verify all document on staff’s advance & expense statement.

→ Assist financial accounting manager in monitoring and improving AP operating process.

→ Control & confirm inter-company balance & transactions.

→ Prepare monthly AP report – AP balance, Realized Exc. Gain (Loss), AP top 10, Staff advance & car loan report and other ad hoc reports.

→ Support temporary staff (if needed) for AP’s day-to-day operation.

Desired Skills and Experience

‒ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration - Accounting                        

‒ 2 - 5 years of working experiences in related field

‒ VAT and Tax knowledge,

‒ SAP system

‒ Good command in English

Desired Skills and Experience:
‒  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, majoring in marketing and Sales.  MBA would be a plus.
‒  Minimum 5 years of experience in

  • Sales & Marketing in Food Industry or FMCG (Fast Moving consumer Goods)
  • Experienced in Indochina countries (Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, and Vietnam) is preferable. 
  • Manage sales activity to achieve monthly sales target, keep connection with distributors, expand sales volume and new customers
  • Keen in sales distribution channels, i.e. cart, school, outlet, Horeca, and other channels

‒ Good leadership and strong inter-personal skill.
‒ Good communication and negotiation skill.
‒ Good command in English both writing and speaking.   Third language, i.e. Myanmar, Khmer, Vietnam will be advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:
→ Follow up payment from outstanding A/R and work closely with team to alert them to aware on pre-payment.
→ Provide credit information to credit team and also sales team in form of record keeping, checking, reporting, filing and other as needed.
→ Maintain strong cash flows through efficient collections. The efficiency of cash flow is measured using various methods, most common of which is Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
→    Provide corporate legal, internal auditor and local legal firm with adequate reports on credit and collection, problematic accounts, fraud report and court cases.
→ Depots’ Financial Management
- Prepare, update and analyze statements for customers to Depot Finance Admin and Sales team.
- Check, review and investigate for any outstanding, coordinate with all concerned to adjust the amount by issuing credit notes or following up for payments from the agents.
- Sometimes visit depots for surprisingly check or investigate stock balance (stock management).
→ Adhoc requirement.

Desired Skills and Experience:
‒ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting, Finance or related field, MBA would be a plus.
‒ Highly managerial skill and people skill i.e. coaching, team leading, good presentation, set and monitoring budget and credit strategies.
‒ Attention to details, reconciliation skill and accountability.
‒ Multi-tasking and problem solving skills with effectively handling possible problems that may arise.
‒ Positive thinking and CAN DO attitude is preferable.
‒ Good command of spoken and written English, and computer literacy.
‒ Computer literacy and Microsoft Office (especially Excel function).

Accounting Manager - Costing

Roles & Responsibilities:
→ Being responsible for all accounting and financial tasks, including monthly and yearly account closing, budgets, AR, AP, taxation and forecasting.
→ Handling month end closing and ensure the account reconciliation is completed on a timely manner
→ Monitoring and controlling all transaction and accounting functions.
→ Ensuring that tax; VAT, income tax and withholding tax is accurate.
→ Ensuring all payments to both internal and external parties are on time and accurate.
→ Managing accounting systems and analyzing cost accounting.
→ Leading and developing a team of finance and accounting staff to ensure that all activities are completed accurately and on time
→ Work with external auditor for on time audited Financial Statement

Desired Skills and Experience:
‒ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related filed
‒ Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting and finance field, preferable in FMCG and Manufacturing environments
‒ Strong leadership, management and team-working skills
‒ Strong skill in MS Office, especially in Excel, Power Point and ERP system
‒ Fluent command of English both in spoken and written
‒ SAP experience is a plus
